Shipment & Delivery

 

 

1) Shipping & Delivery
In order to ensure items smooth delivery to you, please ensure your shipping information is correct. We will contact you shortly after your confirmed order to arrange for shipping via your contact information provided. Deliveries will be made within next 2 - 5 working days from the day of order and payment approved.

 

We also provide delivery service (Singapore Island Only), kindly refer to the delivery rate listed below.
Additional S$25 surcharges is applicable for delivery to or collection from Changi AirFreight Centre (Airline Road), Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA Terminals/Wharves (Tanjong Pagar, Pasir Panjang, Brani, Keppel, Sembawang (Deptford Road), etc.

 

Delivery Rates

a)For Small Packages
– refer to items less than 10kg or not exceeding size of 40 x 25 x 20 cm.

 

Weight / Rates
Up to 5kg / $20
Up to 8kg / $25
Up to 10kg / $30

 

b)For Large Packages
- refer to items more than 10kg or exceeding size of 40 x 25 x 20 cm.

 

Weight / Rates
more than 10kg and less than 20kg / $40
more than 20kg and less than 30kg / $50
more than 30kg and less than 40kg / $65
Above 40kg, pls call for advise.

* rates are in Singapore Dollars.

 

For preferential delivery time and a specific method of delivery, we will try our best to accommodate depending on delivery schedule. And a surcharges of SG20.00 apply.

If the goods do not arrive or are incomplete, are the wrong goods or are damaged when you open them, you must call us immediately and within 2 days of receipt at 67285638.

It is the buyer responsibility to examine the products on arrival. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us in writing tour customer service, email:cs@letsgoshopping.com.sg. If letsgoshopping.com.sg does not receive such notification, the delivery is deemed accepted by the buyer.

 

2) Self Collection (Pick-Up at store)
Customers can also arrange to pick up from our office with no delivery charge (Pre-arrangement is required).

Please note: There will be no delivery on Sundays, Public Holidays and Eve of Public Holidays.

 

3) Cancellation
You cannot cancel an order once we have accepted it, unless this is agreed in writing by our authorized representative.

 

4) Confirmation of Orders
Once an order is received, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing full details of your order. Most common orders will be ready next business day otherwise you shall be informed. For certain consignment/ stockiest inventory products, this may add 2~5 day or more for some items to transit. Our representative will be contacting you shortly to confirm your order and advise you on the delivery schedule.

 

5) Returns
It is your responsibility to check the goods on delivery. All our goods are sold to you with the benefit of the manufacturer’s warranty. We regret to inform that items purchased and shipped are non-exchangeable. Any refunds will be given at the management’s discretion. Hence, please select the items carefully when you purchase. We will only accept returns of faulty goods notified to us within 2 days of delivery.

Shipping charges are not reimbursed & shipping charges back to Singapore is at your own costs. Defective items must be returned with the label intact and a copy of your initial invoice/delivery note.
